How much is the delivery fee?
Local delivery is a flat fee of $7.90.
 
 
How can I enjoy free delivery?
Free delivery when you spend a minimum of $80.
This minimum spend may defers during promotion period.
 
 
How long does it take for my order to be delivered to me?
It will take 1-2 working days to process your order.
Delivery should take 3-5 days depending on the delivery company. We partner with Qxpress, NinjaVan, J&T Express.
 
A tracking number will be send to you once your order is picked up by our delivery partner.
 
 
What payment methods do you have?
We accept Credit/Debit Car payment via PayPal.
We also have PayNow to UEN
 
 
Is the delivery of my order trackable?
Definitely! A tracking number will be send to you once your order is picked up by our delivery partner.
 
 
If I opt for self-collect, where do I collect my order?
You may collect your order at our ARTERO X-PERIENCE Showroom located at EASTech Building. Appointment is necessary. Please WhatsApp our Service Hotline 86684424 to arrange an appointment at least 2 days prior your preferred date. Due to Safety Management Measures, you will be advised to choose a time slot - 12pm, 2pm and 4pm.
 
Please note that collection appointment slot has 30mins duration.
Prior to each appointment, the showroom will be properly disinfected.
 
 
Can I amend my order?
Yes you may as long as the shipping has not been arranged. Once tracking number is sent, orders cannot be amended.

Can I request for next day delivery?
Yes you can. Upon placing your order, you may send your request for express delivery service to the ARTERO hotline 86684424. We will send you a link for payment of the express service fee. Orders are considered completed once payment is verified. We will then make arrangement for next day delivery.
 
Express delivery service fee is $60. It is available for orders from Monday - Thursday from 12pm-6pm.
Orders processed and completed on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Orders processed and completed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Orders processed and completed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
 
Delivery time revision must be made via hotline 86684424 at least 2 hrs before current delivery time.
Last delivery time is 6pm. Waiting time is a maximum of 15 mins. We are unable to extend waiting period.

If the product was bought less than 1 year ago, do I have to pay for assessment?
No, assessment fee, labor and parts are waived for product that is still under warranty.
 
 
I bought the machine 5 days ago. It is no longer working. What can I do?
Take a video that can clearly show the problem. Send the video to our Service Hotline 86684424.
Once the Customer Service Team confirm the problem is on the machine, you may bring the machine to our X-PERIENCE store for one to one exchange (subject to stock availability).
 
 
If I face problem with the machine I bought, what can I do?

Our Customer Service Team will help you to self-assess. They may be able to tell you the problem and provide a solution or a quote. You may then decide if you want to carry on the repair.
 
 
Where do I bring my machine for repair?
Please call our ARTERO Service Hotline 86684424 to arrange an appointment at least 2 days prior your preferred date.
Kindly note that there will be an assessment fee of $44 (this fee is waived if under warranty).
Assessment will take 7-10 days.
 
 
How long does it take for the assessment?
7-10 working days.
 
Beside checking where the problem lies, the internal parts of the machine will be cleaned and oiled. Filters are washed, fur and dirt are removed, bearings are oiled.
 
 
How much does your labor cost?
For product that is out of warranty, there will be a labor fee of $50 onwards.
Assessment fee ($44) will be waive if you decide to proceed with the repair.
 
 
My ARTERO scissors is not cutting as well as it used to. Do you provide sharpening service?
Yes we do. When you bring your old ARTERO scissors to us, we will exchange it with the refurbished available at that point in time. Please check with our Customer Service Team for stock availability of the model you wish to repair.
 
We will send your scissors to ARTERO HQ in Spain. At the HQ, our sharpening guru will strip down the scissors and replace any worn screws, washers, stoppers or rubber parts. The scissors will be sharpened with state-of-the-art sharpening machine and balanced by hand. It will then be send back to ARTERO SG as refurbished scissors.
 
Refurbished scissors are 100% quality satisfaction guaranteed.
 
 
If I want to keep my original pair of scissors, can you help me send to ARTERO HQ?
Yes we can. Shipping cost is $80 for both ways.
