1) ARTERO SG delivery service would only be available for Singapore.
For overseas customers who are interested in ARTERO products, write in to enquiry_g@arterosg.com, so we can refer you to the respective ARTERO representative in your countries.

Payment may take up to 6 months for refund in case you placed an order with us.

If you're currently in Singapore, do inform us if you like to make self-collection.

2) What if I have paid for an order and was notified that the item is out of stock?

All items available for online purchase are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time of order processing.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be notified at the earliest time and rest assured that you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product.

3) Why I can't use the discount code stated in the web store/Facebook/Email?
Every discount code can only be used once per email account.

If you have never use the discount code and the input code at checkout is not working, it may be due to the items is already on sales promotion.

Unless stated, if not, during checkout, the discount code is not applicable on sales item except for regular price item. 

4) What are the payment method available?
At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards via Paypal payments.

5) What is the delivery fee?
Local delivery fee $6.90. Free Local Delivery for orders above $60!

6) Can I pay using Paypal without a Paypal account?
Yes, is it unnecessary to create a Paypal account in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

7) How long it will take for the parcel to be delivered to me?
After we receive your order notification, it will take 1 business day to process, and up to 6 business days for delivery.

8) How can I track my orders & payment?
After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History.

As of now, we are handling our own delivery, once order has been processed, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date & time with you. Generally our delivery time is from 1 - 5pm.

In some cases, if you decide to let us leave the parcel outside your premises, we would not be responsible for item lost.

It is highly recommended to have someone to receive the parcel.

9) What if I like to amend my order however I have already paid for the order?
You may send us email through enquiry_g@arterosg.com (Pet Grooming) or enquiry_b@arterosg.com (Hairdressing).

You may also send us a message through Facebook and let us know that you would like to amend your order.

We will cancel the order for you and refund your payment. So you can make a new order with the changes of item.

10) For product warranty / repair service / scissors sharpening.
Every electronics equipment comes with manufacturer warranty.
